Matilda has a background in cognitive science which is an academic field that combines IT with behavioral sciences. She has worked on web development projects as both a developer and designer. For as long as she can remember, she has cared deeply about the environment. The cooperative business structure and the values of Greenheart Co-op offers her an opportunity to use her skills for a purpose she finds meaningful. Matilda is passionate about creating a new economic paradigm that operates within the planetary boundaries and that allows the inhabitants of this planet to thrive. She is also on a mission to make sure technology actually serves humans and communities and not only a handful of wealthy people. When Matilda is not designing and developing she likes to climb, sing, roller skate, read, bake sourdough bread and grow her own vegetables.
